I strive to provide 5 star service:
Accurate descriptions: All products are examined or tested thoroughly and all defects are listed in the description. You will know exactly what you are buying.
Secure packaging: Items will be secured with plenty of insulation. I don't use a lot of tape that may ruin the items when unpacking. For expensive comic purchases, I will double-box. I'm not going to be like "that guy" who says he's the only one on eBay doing this.
Fast processing: Prompt delivery to the post office. Any purchases completed after 5p Monday-Friday will be shipped on the next business day, unless something terrible has happened. You'll be notified either way.
Communication: An email will be sent when your package is dropped off and all questions will be answered in a reasonable amount of time.
Shipping costs: All materials are reused and recycled to minimize material costs. Weight and dimensions are accurate to provide the best price available. I don't ship comics via media mail - I use parcel select, first class or priority. Insurance is included in the price.
1-2 comics ship wrapped in cardboard inside an over-sized cardboard envelope with at least a 1" gap all around. Also ships sandwiched in cardboard, wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap inside a priority box. Your choice.
3-10 comics ship in a cardboard mailer specifically made to protect the corners with 1' gaps at both ends. Also ships sandwiched in cardboard, wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap inside a priority box. Your choice.
11-30 comics ship secured in a bag, wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap in a medium box.
31-50 comics ship secured in a several bags, wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap in a large box.
51-150 comics ship double boxed. Comics are secured in several bags, wrapped in heavy duty bubble wrap in a large box inside a plastic bag, wrapped in more bubble wrap inside a bigger box.
There is no need for excessive tape. All comics are secured and easily accessible when unpacking.
Insurance is added for values exceeding $50.
